         composed of  :

A) n. 1 Motorizzed rotating table for loading and rotating  pieces from the 1st and the 2nd working cycle.

B)  n.1 AUTOMATIC TENONING/MILLING MACHINE modRL590-B. for 1st and 2nd automatic milling cycle:

          1st automatic working cycle:

          1- Manual positioning of the working pieces on the rotating table

          2– Automatic positioning of the work pieces again the right-hand side guide

          3 – Pneumatic blocking of the work pieces, from the top and again the right-hand side guide

         4 – Automatic feed of the work table.

         5 – Unblocking of the work pieces and automatic push back the pieces before the return of the work table.

         6 – Automatic rotation of the work pieces and automatic positioning on the work table for the 2nd working cycle.

        2nd automatic working cycle:

        7 –  Automatic positioning of the work pieces against the right-hand side guide

        8 –  Pneumatic blocking of the work pieces, from the top and against the right-hand side guide

        9 –  Automatic feed of the work table.

      10 – Automatic glue spreading on the finger joint

      11 – Unblocking of the work pieces and automatic push the pieces on the outfeed conveyor, before the return of the work table.

      12 - The work pieces go automatically on the unloading belt conveyor.

      13 –The operator take the pieces from the belt conveyor and put one by one on the infeed alignator device.

              The work pieces are manual singularized by an operator and automatically sent

              one by one to the automatic loader of the hydraulic press.

E)  n.1 AUTOMATIC 1-BAR HYDRAULIC PRESS mod. FJ MH 6000,

            for finger jointing and PNEUMATIC CROSSCUT SAW for cutting   

            the jointed  pieces in the desired final length.

            Fully automatic working cycle: work pieces loading, crosscutting, pressing and ejecting of the jointed pieces, controlled by a PLC

1-Automatic loading of the working pieces from the singularization device

2-Automatic insertion of the working pieces on the pre-assembling way.

3-Automatic cut off of the exceeding piece, controlled by a PLC for the pre-selecting measure.

4-Pneumatic side desplacement on the assembling  way

5-Bar pressing

6-Ejecting of the assembled bar on the unloading table.
