EDGE BANDER SINGLE SIDED. Automatic machine to apply the edge into straight profiles

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

WORKING UNITS ON THE SQUARING SIDE

► Anti-gluing unit made by 2 guns that spray liquid on the top and bottom part of the panel

► Pre milling unit to rectify the side of the panel. It is made by 2 motors with automatic in/out intervention to avoid splinters on the panel - motors power 4 KW ( 12000 RPM)

GLUING UNIT, INSERTION AND PRESSION OF THE EDGE 

► Support for edge coil

► Hot-melt glue pot  and premelter 

► Guillotine to cut the edge in coils

► Roller set to press the edge on straight profiles - nr.  1 + 3 pression rollers  - motorized regulation of depth position in automatic by numerical control

WORKING UNITS ON THE EDGE BANDING  SIDE

► End cutting unit with 2 motors to cut the excess edge on the front and back part of the panel - motors tiltable 0 /  10 degree - tilting regulation in automatic  - motors power 0.5 KW ( 12000 RPM)

► Top and bottom rough trimming unit  - motors power 1 KW ( 12000 RPM)

► Fine trimming unit to trim and round off the excess edge on the top and bottom part of the panel - motors tiltable 0 /  45 degree - motorized regulation of depth position in automatic by numerical control - motors power 0,5 KW ( 12000 RPM)

► Rounding unit  - nr.  2 motors to automatically round off the edge corners on the top and bottom part of the panel - motors power 0.35 KW ( 12000 RPM)

► MILLING/GROOVING UNIT 5.5 HP TILTABLE 0-90 DEGREES 'U'

     NC ELETRONIC HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT FO 'U'

► Edge scraping unit for the edge superfinishing
